PAYPAL'a bir gün önce ödeme yaptım,bugün yapamıyorum

Benim problemim de ödeme ile ilgili arkadaşlar,yardımcı olacak birisi olursa sevineceğim:
Yeni bir ebay üyesiyim.Hepimiz gibi standart işlemlerden sonra ben de iki ihale kazandım,birinin ödemesini sorunsuzca haletim.Ancak ikincisinde sürekli şu ifade ile karşılaşıyorum ve işlemi başaramıyorum:

''We were unable to verify the credit card you are using with this transaction. Please check that the credit card information you originally provided PayPal is still correct.''

Bu durumu hem paypala hem de ebaya bildirdim.Çünkü kredi kartım ile ilgili hiçbir sorun yok görünürde.Bilgilerimi yeniden güncellemeye çalışınca da zaten bu kart kayıtlı diyor paypal.Şaşırdım kaldım vallahi.Ne yapmalıyım ,cevap da gelmiyor,yardımcı olurmusunuz?Teşekkürler...

ziraat bankasının kartı ile bir kere paypaldan ödeme yapabildim. Bank asya ile yapamadım. müşteri servislerine not bıraktım e-mail ile..

sorun şu: Ziraat bankası yetkilisinin ve bank asya yetkilisinin söyledikleri:

Paypal'a tanıttığınız kredi kartlarını paypal'a ödeme yaparken; kredi kartınızın son üç hanesini yollamadığı yetkililer belirtti. Bu ödeme sistemi ile paypal son üç rakamı göndermediği için ziraat ve bankasya ödeme yapmıyor. Paypal gibi bir firma bu güvenlik vaafı olduğunu anlayamıyorum...
