Unfortunately for us, so many customers from Brazil, Turkey, Greece and some other countries tried to purchase items from us fraudulently and we decide not to allow them to purchase my items unless they have at least basic reputation on eBay by having 10 positive feedbacks.
I know we may lost many potential customers but we cannot loose the business with those fraudulent people. Anyway, I still have great customers from Brazil, Turkey or Greece and they enjoy purchasing my items. I hope you understand my policy and hope you to enjoy my items after you are qualified.
